In 2020, Resolve to be HEARD
Ok girls, it’s officially 2020 and we’ve got some work to do. No more wasting energy yelling at the TV or the car radio, we’re resolving to be heard and BE the change we want to see in the new year! Let’s get to work on behalf of candidates and causes we care about and use our awe-inspiring, collective girl power for GOOD.

#1 ENGAGE
If you haven’t done so already, this is the year to finally JUMP IN and join a local group that is advocating for change you want. Check out our ENGAGE page for links to organizations advocating for issues and causes you care about - many of which have local chapters that need your help NOW!
#2 GIVE
We founded Vote Like a Girl, in large part, to GIVE back to organizations that are on the front lines advocating for change we care about. Thanks to you, we’ve been able to offer critical financial support to orgs working to save the environment, prevent gun violence, stomp out inequality and create a more perfect union for every single one of us. If you’ve already donated to one of our orgs via your purchase with us, please don’t stop there. You can donate to them directly at any time. Every little bit counts and the more you give the more they can accomplish!
#3 SUPPORT
Yes, there is a Presidential race this year, but there are also a ton of local and state races to watch, too. Learn about who’s running in your area and find a candidate you can support. Canvass, make phone calls, join a postcard party and/or donate to the campaign. When you get to work for candidates you believe in - we all win! Get started today. Our go-to for state and local race information is Vote411.org.

Is everyone you know registered to vote? Find out, and if they’re not ...start selling them today on how important it is they use their vote and their voice to change the world. Have you moved lately? Had a name change? Is your registration up to date? You can confirm your registration status or register to vote on our VOTE page. It’s quick and easy, so just spread the word and we’ll do the rest.

It’s not a typo. This one is so important that we’re making it twice and pushing it all year long! That’s why we’ve joined up with our friends at Motivote and When We All Vote to give you all the tools you need to register and motivate everyone around you to VOTE.
